Allow installs from your browser
On Android 8 and up, the first time you'll be prompted to allow "install unknown apps" for the browser you downloaded with. Turn it on and go back.

If Play Protect warns, install anyway
Google flags any app installed outside the Play Store. Choose "install anyway" (or "more details" → "install anyway") — this is the normal sideload prompt, not an error.

Open Callback and sign in
Launch the app and sign in with your Callback account — the same one you connected in Claude. New here? Connect Callback in Claude first.
